About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 48 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Porticcio, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board.
Exterior:
- A 20 m² terrace facing south-east, equipped with a deckchair, an outdoor table and chairs, and an arbour.
The apartment is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Enjoy water sports and superb beaches
- Go hiking and discover breathtaking landscapes
- Don't miss a visit to Ajaccio to discover its history and culture
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking space located in front of the staircase leading to the apartment. Visitor parking available in the residence.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio, approx. 16 km (20 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Campo Dell'Oro, approx. 14 km (15 min by car)
Other notes:
- All accommodation is air-conditioned, except the bathroom.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The apartment is on the second floor, accessible via a private outside staircase.
- Free WiFi (fiber optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

A lovely and well equipped apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once we had found the apartment. Unfortunately the directions were unclear and the address given was incorrect. However would definitely stay there again.
