Our apartment, located on the heights of Porticcio, offers an ideal setting in a quiet and secure residence, close to the shops and the most beautiful beaches of the South Shore.
Thanks to its magnificent 50 m2 south-facing terrace, you can take full advantage of the sun to read, recharge your batteries or share meals with family or friends.
Located in a high-end real estate complex, "Les Jardins du Fort", you will enjoy:
- A superb terrace of 50 m2 entirely designed for your comfort (garden furniture, dining table, awning, plancha) facing South.
-Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, hob, kettle, toaster...)
- Lounge area with TV and sofa bed (2 people)
- The sleeping area is equipped with a bed (140x190) and a wardrobe
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet as well as a washing machine.
- The apartment is fully air-conditioned and the entire living space is WIFI
- Private parking space in front of the apartment
Upon arrival in the bay of Ajaccio, you will be welcomed and guided by Yohan, in charge of check-in and check-out.
Check in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. In case of late arrival from 8 pm to 10 pm, an additional 60 euros will be requested (between 10 pm and 6 am, 96 euros) to be handed over in person to Yohan from the concierge service.
Check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. In case of early departure from 6 am to 8 am, an additional 60 euros (before 6 am, 96 euros) will be requested by Yohan and delivered in person.
Its assets: the private terrace offers you a dining area on which you can enjoy outdoor meals in the shade of the awning with its large plancha or simply to have a drink in the living room.
