WHERE and HOW WILL YOU STAY:
Apartment has two sections, lower main and upper (with a private large room for the guests, max 2 recommended).
You are being hosted in a private home, where you will enjoy privacy where your Large Room access is via short stairs, room has door with a lock and located above the rest of the apartment (more privacy), with balcony.

Apartment has large living room and fully equipped Kitchen, more value for your budget stay yet a competitive offering near the heart of Stavanger.
Apartment is quite. This is your typical homestay/BnB where owner (host) lives in a separate private room in the lower section.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests can freely use entire upper section with large private room and balcony area.
Guests can freely use living room, Kitchen, dedicated refrigerator, utensils and of course full access to a shared bathroom near entrance with washing machine, and hot water.
It is to be noted that this is after-all an home stay where host lives in the lower section.
BEDs IN BEDROOM:
Large room has 140x200 cm standard double bed that accommodates Max 2 adults.
And after feedback from our valued guests, we have now introduced an additional single bed 90x200 cm that accommodates 1 Max person, in case two people would like to sleep in separate beds in the same large private room in upper section.
Apartment and building is family friendly.
While you must specify, how many people will be staying and if children are going to be staying, then how many, how old they are. We consider over 11 years old as an extra person.
You shall also specify if any Pets (cats or dogs) will accompany, any such additions needs to be pre-approved with the property or host in advance.
