    This hotel shares the lobby with part of the Hospital of the same name, you can see many patience in wheelcharis roaming around the hotel lobby. I don't know if it is normal in Norway, not in my country. I have nothing against hospitals or patience out of their rooms, but when you are travelling with your family on holidays, these scenes are not very pleasent for your eyes.

    Location - Location is not in Stavanger centre and a good 10 mins by bus. Walking from Stavanger Central Station to the Hotel can take 35 mins and is hilly. Accommodation - I booked a double room but was given twin beds instead and was informed the hotel does not have any double beds and all beds are twin which are joined together which was uncomfortable. I requested for late check out by just 1 hour and the receptionist insisted that I will have to pay 150 kr even though the hotel is not full. Wifi signal was poor and connectivity was a problem, I was on second floor. The hotel is connected to a hospital environment and has its own cafe which is a plus. I have spoken to some residents and nice people around. No bar or pub or restaurant in the vicinity and they do not sell alcohol at the Hotel. There is a switch to the heater and you need to turn it on and no instructions to say that. Room was clean and in good condition. Most reception girls were friendly and helpful.
