Amazing room for such a low price. Great location, clean, sufficient, comfy bed. I was allowed an early check-in which helped me a lot. For short stays this is perfect. Many people mention small bathrooms but if you're not extra tall or wide, it's perfect size.
There were loud noices coming from the attic waking me up during night. Also because of the location, the noise from the street might be distracting. Many visitors did not follow the silent hours and made noise in the kitchen even after midnight. But this is something the owner cannot really control, I understand. If my stay had been shorter I would have no complaints and think of it as perfect.

It was great value for the money. They had my room ready well ahead of the check-in time and I got notified via text message. This meant a lot as I arrived early in the morning and had a very heavy backpack. Kitchen had everything to prepare a proper meal.
