Centrally located in Las Americas but in a very quiet luxurious complex.
One bedroom, large lounge/ dining area with small terrace off, kitchen, bathroom and large
roof terrace with all day sun, sun beds and parasols.
Use of the private pool which is always quiet because it's a small number of apartments.

The apartment is, in one word, great! It is located in Playa de las Americas, 1 minute from several nice restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the boulevard and it is within walking distance of "the strip".Despite this central location, there is hardly any noise pollution and that is really nice.The fantastic roof terrace has sun from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we were there at the end of December) and there are sunbeds and good, large parasols. It is really lovely there!Parking was also no problem, there were always free parking spaces within walking distanceThere is also a nice smaller balcony on the other side of the apartment, a great small kitchen and a cozy living room. The beds were also fine and a lovely bathroom.The host is very nice, helps you where he can and is easily accessible.We will definitely come back!
