The location was good, the pool, tennis courts. The one staff person (Julián) was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and he went out of his way to help us book a taxi to the airport.
The bed was uncomfortable, window in the bedroom doesn’t shut normally, there is a gap in the door, which lets the sound come in. TV also wasn’t working properly as there was no extra batteries left for the controller.

Good value for money and a brilliant location
No pillow for sofa bed and 1 cup and not good when 4 people don’t function properly without there morning tea

Easy to access and felt safe
Bathroom door was damaged and something just stuck over it
They was only 1 cup for a cuppa coffee so had to take in turns to have a drink

Amazing location, 24h reception, very good pool and bar, good rooms, nice view.
No TV in any room, no air condition, no terrace,no balcony, very few towells, uncomfortable pillows, washbasin cabinet old and broke
