About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located historic townhome. The Hudson Carriage Townhouse is within one mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10-minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5-minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This newly remodeled apartment is full of character and amenities including a small patio. We have a gas grill upon quest.

This is an excellent rental in the heart of Eau Claire. It is very walkable for everything on campus and downtown and in a safe, quiet area. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and had a lot of attention to details with everything from coffee and toiletry amenities to coasters to trinket dishes on nightstands. Easy communication, keypad entry, We will stay here again when visiting.

Was a very enjoyable stay. Home was clean and had all the needed items to cook and relax. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning kept us comfortable.

I stayed for a month and it was absolutely perfect! Clean, cozy, comfortable and close to everything. I enjoyed the historic area, the Chippewa River state trail and being close to downtown and the university. I would book this property again with no hesitation. Thank you!
