The unit was just as it was pictured, came well stocked, and wasnt dirty. We had a little one crawling around, so it was pretty important for us to have a clean unit. Owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had! Beach was clean and quiet, and during most of our stay, fairly empty (we stayed 2 weeks in June). Theres many restaraunts in walking distance. Our 2nd time staying in this building, and during both stays-we rarely had to wait for an elevator.
