Guests may experience some inconveniences from this work. Until further notice, there is construction including the pool and hot tub being out of order, occasional changes to parking between on-site and off-site lots, and normal construction-related eyesores. Outside you will find the beachside pool with lounge chairs, hot tub, BBQ grill and beach access.
Meander through the dunes to the beach for a morning walk or a front row seat for the colorful sunset.
There is an assigned parking space.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
Additional online background check '$65 per person' to be completed by tenants.
NO PETS 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Parties.
