About this apartment rental
This one bedroom condo on Madeira Beach is available for rent at prestigious Ocean Sands directly on the Gulf of Mexico, featuring a huge world-class soft sand beach with amazing ocean views! This quiet unit faces the open ocean and is 1,000 square feet in size. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached ensuite featuring a full three-piece bathroom with double sink and spacious walk-in closet. An additional 1/2 bathroom is located in the front of the unit. The condo sleeps four very comfortably with an additional fold-down queen size Murphy bed. Complete updates include renovated kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and beautiful granite countertop, renovated ensuite features a new vanity and a marble countertop and a walk in shower with a seat and safety bars. Flat screen tv's are in both the living room and bedroom. The entire place has been painted and newly tiled. The carpets are gone! Brand new windows and patio doors allow you to have peace and quiet or open the patio door a bit to let in the sound of the ocean waves. From the fully-equipped kitchen you will see views of the intercoastal waterway or sit in the stool at the counter and eat your breakfast. An in-suite laundry room hosts a brand new full-size washer and dryer. Beach chairs and beach towels are supplied. 🚭 Smoking is not permitted in the unit or balcony.
Ocean Sands has one of the largest swimming pools on the beach with plenty of poolside chairs and a spectacular tiki hut equipped with outdoor BBQ grills.
High-speed internet (up to 30 MB/sec) is included. Internet telephone is also provided with free calling to land lines in Canada and the USA. A trolley is available in front of the condo complex every 30 minutes. Most amenities (shopping, restaurants, charters, cruises, water sports) are located within walking distance. Busch Gardens is a 30 minute drive and Walt Disney World is less than two hours away. Covered parking is supplied with ample room for guests. Ocean Sands is located only 30 minutes away from Tampa International Airport.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this condo! The location is perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful.The condo was spotless and well maintained, with newer appliances, a working ice maker, and the added convenience of a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to feel right at home.We loved the balcony with its beautiful Gulf views—especially using the binoculars to watch ships and dolphins. Beach access was easy with the provided cart, chairs, and umbrella.The pool and hot tub area were clean and inviting, and the entire complex, including the lobby, was always fresh and well kept.The hosts truly thought of everything and were very responsive, with clear and easy check-in and check-out instructions. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was so nice to sit on the balcony that was close to the beach! The view was so good that there were days we decided to spend time there instead of on the beach.

Great host with timely responses and great communication. Very clear on arrival and departing instructions. This is a wonderful condo location and there is good security in the building.

Our stay was marred by the red tide and smell of fish. They were doing a good job to keep things cleaned up but still it was annoying with the heat and smell. Hope they find a solution as I hate to see our Gulf in such condition. However Ocean Sands is nice and so was our view when we could enjoy it. The owner is very caring.
