The unit has direct gulf front water views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Intercostal views are enjoyed from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing on the 500 sq ft wrap around balcony that encompases gulf front views as well as intercostal views. After a day at the beach relax and unwind in the oversized master shower that has double shower heads and a bench for sitting. The building has a gulf front heated pool and spa, two elevators and this unit has assigned covered parking. Perfect white sandy beach location that offers dozens of restaurants and shopping just a short walk away. The property was absolutely wonderful. Location is great, sunsets are gorgeous. Plenty to do within walking distance. The views are spectacular.

John’s Pass 1.25 miles away. Went on dolphin boat and pirate ship.

We can’t say enough about the owner and the property. The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted and Linda was the best hostess anyone could ask for. If availability comes up for the time we spend in Florida we will consider this rental once again. It has a home feeling with wonderful beds and beautiful bathrooms. Oh and the views are spectacular of the gulf and also of the inter coastal. Thank you Linda you were the best.

Great location. Was close by to a lot of attractions, restaurants. etc. Very nice condo had everything we needed ,and plenty of room. Great beach and we saw dolphins most everyday. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Everything was as described in the listing. Would love to stay there again. .
