BEDROOMS – Master double room, 2 twin rooms. Sofa bed in the living room.
BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Additional separate toilet.
Lead booker must be at least 25 years old.
Any bookings with all adults must contact us in advance to be approved due to the property being on a family holiday park.

The accommodation is on a quite large caravan /lodge park, not really our cup of tea but a nice spot to visit Hastings and the beautiful coastline. Communication via VRBO went really well and correct.Beds could be better and the parking is quite a walk carrying heavy luggage.Stay is between okay and good.

Ivyhouse Lane leading to site dreadful. Parking on site inadequate and in our case to far from accommodation. In order to be able to have swim we would have had to purchase passes at 20 per person for a 3day break. Rather expensive. The bin area was overflowing and in a disgusting state.
