We are close to the bus stop where you can commute to many places easily like downtown Vancouver and North Vancouver. Our suit is cozy and in a quite beautiful neighbourhood!

Brought daughter to visit with her dad and the place was perfect spot between her dad spot and Vancouver. Fred was helpful if anything was needed and checked in midway through rental. As a single woman felt safe. Thanks!

The property is fine, but there are some less desirable aspects. The walls are thin and the other occupants can easily be heard. The bed isn't very comfortable and the pillows are terrible. The shower water temperature doesn't work; its either very very hot or barely luke warm and the kmob doesn't seem to have any effect. The suite was clearly renovated by unskilled hands.None of these things make the property bad, but they aren't very desirable
