Lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood with a terrific enclosed porch. Trees shaded the property but did not totally block out the view. My room was very comfortable, clean and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom was en-suite. The location was excellent. Only a few blocks walk to Dundarave stores and the sea wall. I was the only person staying in the house and felt totally safe. Would stay again.
The kitchen needs to be cleaner. Because it is summer, anything that was not cleaned on the counter or sink attracted bugs. Many gnats flying around. I would suggest not leaving any food products or condiments on the kitchen counter. Additionally, I’d suggest a rubber mat for the tub. When slippery, an accidental fall could happen.

Joe was really really friendly and helpful, the place was spotless! We stayed for 1 night on our way to Bowen island and have huge backpacks, so it was a nice touch having body wash etc in the shower as it meant we didn't need to rummage through our bags to find ours!
It was brilliant value for money! No notes 😁

The moment we stepped in, Joe was welcoming, explained everything and gave us a quick tour. The room was super clean, fresh and bright. Around the building was clean as well. Haven't had any issue with parking. Amazing and kind host with very nice place; not only your room but the kitchen and the common areas.
