There was no breakfast at this one. I don’t think there was supposed to be one.
The dryer took 4 hours to dry a half load of towels… that should be checked out. Would be nice if there were window coverings for better privacy.

The breakfast was the only downside. It was good if you were in a hurry and just wanted something to pick up and eat in the car.

The location was good with a local bus route at the end of the road (400m walk). The accommodation was spacious throughout with open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and a bedroom as part of the main living area. Lot's of windows overlooking the large garden and trees to the rear with lots of natural light. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable.
The carpet floor covering, window blinds and curtains need replacing and the general decor and furishings would benefit from being refreshed. The outside decking and roof seating hand rail did not feel safe. A garden table and chairs would be useful in this only outside space. There was also some confusion when the cleaners arrived a day too early and requested we leave! Their mistake.

The space and the great location. Ease of entry. Value for money
The second bedroom doesn’t have a door to isolate and so is open to the kitchen and sitting area. The decor is a bit dated and felt a bit gloomy.
