Enjoy a sparkling clean full bathroom with modern fixtures, shower/tub combo, and a convenient half bath on the main floor. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hair dryer—just bring your suitcase!

🍳 KITCHEN & LIVING AREA:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for breakfast before the slopes or dinner après-ski—stainless appliances, microwave, cookware, and more. The living area invites you to relax with a warm fire, smart TV, and a good book or board game.

🌲 OUTDOOR SPACE:

Step out onto your private deck to breathe in crisp mountain air, fire up the grill, or gaze at the stars. Two shared hot tubs on the property are perfect for unwinding after a long day on the trails or slopes.

🚪 GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa via a private entrance and keyless check-in for ease and flexibility. Free on-site parking is available directly outside. The hot tubs are shared among Alpen Villas guests and professionally maintained.



This is the coziest slopeside spot in all of the Upper Peninsula! Stay at Alpen Villas #5 – a mid-century inspired mountain getaway designed for adventure, relaxation, and memory-making.



Other Things to Note:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $60 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
