Inside, Hazel House features a spacious, air-conditioned layout with three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a luxurious queen-size bed for restful nights wrapped in soft linens. The second bedroom also boasts a plush queen-size bed, while the third room offers a family bunk bed—double on the bottom and single on top—ideal for families or friends. A sleek, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and a hairdryer meets all your needs.
Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee from the stylish coffee machine in the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals using the full-sized fridge, oven, and microwave. Cleanup is easy with the dishwasher and washing machine. For entertainment, enjoy free Wi-Fi and a TV to stay connected or unwind after a day of exploration.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

The property was in good condition, neat and clean. We enjoyed not having to take linen. We loved the undercover outdoor area and virtually lived in this area - it was so versatile, having 3 separate places available. Especially great when you have a dog. Having a second fridge was wonderful as all the drinks could go in one and food in the other. It was good having a lock box for the key, as we could all go our separate ways but didn't have to worry about the key.

Beautiful property, very comfy beds. Comfy sofas and a great tv for entertainment. Wi-fi connection was very good.Kitchen was well equipped . The outdoor area was lovely, if it would have been summer we would have been out there more.

Lovely little place to stay at Goolwa. The weather wasn’t great for our stay, but the outdoor area was perfect for sitting out and enjoying with family and friends when the weather turned bad. Nice secure yard for our dog. The kids loved the novelty of outdoor shower with hot water. Internet service was poor, but think that was due to being in a low spot so hardly used, kids were a bit disappointed the fire pit was gone (but in the advertised house pics) as were looking forward to toasting marshmallows in their pj’s one night. Overall a really nice spot close to the beach and bike track. Easy access / check in, check out and correspondence with Cath from Escape Holiday Rentals. Thanks so much.
