With just a 10-minute walk to the much-loved Goolwa Breach where you can walk and search for cockles, followed by breakfast at Kuti Shack or drinks at the new Surf Club. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, side cupboards with lamps, bench and hanging spaces, TV mounted on the wall and a ceiling fan.
Ensuite has a shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed, side cupboards with lamps and bench, hanging spaces and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom four has x2 lots of single bunk beds what a great area for all the children.
Main bathroom with a separate bath, shower, basin.
Separate toilet.
Laundry has a washing machine and dryer iron and ironing board and bench space.
Decked undercover entertaining area. Outside table and chairs to seat 8 people. This is a perfect space for entertaining and overlooking the backyard where the children can play all day long and enjoy the large grassed area. The property is fully fenced and secure.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach. The house was great, the photos are accurate and the backyard is perfect for dogs and kids. The kids room had some toys and books that the kids loved. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to book for a family/friend getaway.

Comfortably furnished house with everything you need for a holiday house. Spotlessly clean. Located in a quiet area. Great back yard for kids and dogs. Recommended for a family get together.
