About this house rental

Situated in Goolwa Beach, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom magnificent two -storey beach house is elevated to capture spectacular coastline views.  The big curved glass windows in the upstairs living area frame the sweeping views.  From the Coorong to Goolwa Beach and its huge sand dunes through to Middleton and beyond.  You will love the glass and light throughout the house - particularly upstairs.  The view is the hero of this property! 

The contemporary kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a huge split system air conditioner (heating and cooling) upstairs.  The TV has been clearly mounted above the big windows so you can enjoy the view whilst glancing at the TV (or vice versa).   There are plenty of games to keep everyone entertained whilst sitting around the big 8-seater dining table.  

NBN Wifi is provided for guest use and a huge Smart TV (with Netflix [self-login] capability if you have an account).

There is a curved deck off the main living area (on the ocean side) and a rear deck with a gas BBQ.  This is a lovely sunny spot in the mornings or perhaps for protection on a windy day.  This deck has speakers built into the roof, to enjoy the space to the fullest. 

All bedrooms have ocean views.  The main bedroom is upstairs and the bed is positioned to enjoy the views to the fullest.  There is a walk-in robe and an ensuite bathroom. 

In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is a guest toilet upstairs, a bathroom downstairs and a separate toilet.  An outdoor shower is perfect to wash the sand off when arriving back from the beach. 

At the rear of the property, there is a big double garage with a table tennis table.  There is parking for 3-4 cars securely behind an electric gate.

Every Pet Let stay includes the Perks Pack: an exclusive bundle of discount offers at local businesses worth up to $230. From spa sessions to dining and local activities, it’s extra value built in so you can get the most out of your holiday budget.

The bedding configuration (sleeps 8) is as follows:
Main Bedroom (Upstairs) – Double bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4 - 2 x single beds (sleeps 2)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

For pets, there is a fully enclosed backyard with grass and a 1250MM fence (at its lowest point).

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

The house overlooks the beach and is short walk to fantastic coffee and the best off lead dog beach So well equipped with everything you could wish for Beds are comfortable plenty of parking comfy lounge’s air conditioning .A great place for the dogs with very safe enclosed yard. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay
