The house was built in 2 modules: one with the social area (living and dining rooms, kitchen, deck and powder room) and the other with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The daily rate is negotiable depending on whether only 1 or 2 bedrooms are used: for 2 people/1 bedroom the daily rate will be R$310.00; 3 people/2 bedrooms R$403.00; 4 people/2 bedrooms R$496.00; 5 people/3 bedrooms R$589.00; 6 people/3 bedrooms R$682.00. Surrounded by Atlantic rainforest plants and trees on all sides, offering good privacy. Being completely open (most of the walls are sliding doors), it is very airy. All rooms were designed to have a view of the surrounding nature, providing a sensational feeling of freedom. The house is 1.7km from the road and 3.0km from Camburi beach. The house is situated amidst the Atlantic Forest, providing tranquility and a wonderful view to help you rest and recharge your batteries. The region is basically residential, which guarantees serenity for everyone! The 3200m2 plot provides a feeling of freedom, while the dense forest ensures privacy. Guests will have access to all social areas and outdoor spaces; that is, no environment will be... Shared with other guests. Access to the rooms will be defined at the time of booking, according to the guests' needs, and may include access to 1 (1 or 2 guests), 2 (3 or 4 guests) or 3 rooms (5 or 6 guests). Of course, this can be adapted to the needs of each group. In the case of using only 2 rooms, guests will have 2 suites, as the 3rd room will be blocked. Atlantic rainforest and beach bring to mind mosquitoes. In winter they almost disappear, not bothering anyone at all. In the summer, the use of liquid repellents, coils, and plug-in devices is sufficient to handle the situation without major problems. The water supply comes from a semi-artesian well, therefore it is not potable, but it is clean and crystal clear. Parties and events are STRICTLY PROHIBITED; respect for the local tranquility and that of the neighbors and caretakers should be prioritized. ATTENTION: the entire house is 220V! Damaged or broken items due to misuse are the responsibility of the guest(s) and must be replaced or reimbursed. In case of any accident, please inform us. We are located in a residential neighborhood amidst a forest reserve. Everyone is very careful to maintain the tranquility of the surroundings, respecting the neighbors, as well as the animals and plants that lived here before our arrival! The SILENCE LAW is in effect between 10 PM and 8 AM. We ask that you respect it! If this law is disregarded, the guest(s) will be held responsible and WILL BE LIABLE FOR A POSSIBLE FINE. LOUD NOISE IS A CRIME! Municipal Law 2506/2017 of the City Hall of São Sebastião, as well as on the beach, Municipal Law 8087/2021. For your information, animals are prohibited on the beaches, Municipal Law 848/92. Garbage must be placed in appropriate plastic bags and deposited in the trash can located on the corner (to the right for those exiting through the main gate). Visitors are NOT ALLOWED! The use of repellents is recommended. Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the house. You will have an outdoor area available where you should use the ashtray, clean it after use, and not throw cigarette butts on the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
