A peaceful house nestled in the Atlantic Forest, offering plenty of comfort and everything you need to relax.
The house features 1 private bedroom that comfortably accommodates 4 people, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, plus space for an additional double mattress on the floor. This bedroom has a basic TV and a ceiling fan.
The loft area features 2 single beds, a workspace, and a wall-mounted fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner stove, an oven in perfect condition, cake pans, pizza pans, pots, skillets, a blender, a toaster, glasses, plates, silverware, knives, and cutting boards for grilling, as well as a good-sized refrigerator that keeps things nice and cold.
Living room with 3 sofas, a basic TV, internet, DVD player, ceiling fan, and wall fan (we don’t want anyone getting too hot, haha)
Bathroom with a glass shower enclosure.
Dining room that seats 4.
OUTDOOR dining area that seats 12 next to the brick barbecue.
There are 2 hammocks for lying down and 1 for sitting, 3 armchairs in the outdoor area, and a low side table.

The pool is huge and reserved exclusively for current guests; it measures 10x6, with a depth of 1.20 cm in the deep end and 0.50 cm in the shallow end.
On hot summer days, the pool gets nice and warm; there is also a solar-powered pool light.
The house is well-lit and has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay.
The property has plenty of square meters for the whole family and your pet to enjoy.
