Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and two TVs and a selection of books for entertainment. Outside you'll find an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture and storage, and roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Glaven in 1.5 miles. Enjoy a Norfolk nook in Forge House. Note: Steep steps to the interior and exterior, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. This property has a good housekeeping bond of GBP300

Home to a deli, the Picnic Fayre, The Cley Smokehouse, and two pubs, the village has all the essentials for both locals and visitors, whilst the nature reserve offers the perfect setting to hike, birdwatch and take in the stunning, Norfolk coastline. For further amenities and attractions, head to nearby Blakeney, to traverse the National Trust grounds of the Blakeney National Nature Reserve, board a seasonal Beans Seal Trip, or travel east to take in the golden sands of Salthouse Beach.
