All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I had a great experience with Vacasa — they were very informative throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting all the expected standards. There were a few minor cosmetic issues, but nothing that impacted the overall quality or comfort of the stay. The highlight for me was the mattress — it was incredibly comfortable, and I slept peacefully each night. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room and would definitely book with Vacasa again.

Location was right on the beach! Listing was accurate and worth the price. Front bedroom could use some black out curtains for the streetlights. Could use some rugs/mats for the sand on feet and maybe some beach towels. The washer was really loud, so don't try and use it at night. We would stay here again, good price for all it was.
