This charming one-bedroom apartment is nestled in the cozy basement of a triplex. Boasting a separate private entrance, this property offers easy access to Downtown, with the Vendome Metro just a 5-minute bus ride or a leisurely 12-minute walk away. Situated right beside the building is a bus stop, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located near grocery shops, the highway, a hospital, and the vibrant NDG and Monkland areas.

The apartment features a private closed bedroom and a spacious full bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. There is one double full-size bed in the bedroom and one Double-Size Sofa Bed in the living room, allowing a maximum of four people (two couples) to sleep comfortably.

A very nice place, compact but well equipped. Thanks for the included Nespresso coffee and Dad's Cookies. Thanks for the sweeper. The entrance would be hard to find but thanks for the special accommodation with the garage. Well done Ali and Poola were great.

The property was convenient to walk to The Glen hospital which I needed. The place was hard to find and the lockbox code on the information sheet was incorrect, so I had to call host late at night. There was no TV and there was a stain on the wall in the bathroom that I cleaned off. The host did a good job of shoveling know and was responsive. The place was quiet and well equipped with good coffee and plates/utensils etc but the floors were very cold.
