L’emplacement
Un peu bruyant ( appartement du dessus) Un souci avec le détecteur de fumée placé trop près de la cuisine , il s’est déclenché lors de la mise en marche du grille pain ! Bouilloire ne fonctionne pas . Suggestion : un séchoir à cheveux serait bien .

L'appartement est calme et situé à proximité d'un arrêt de bus. TV avec Netflix et wifi excellente. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
L'équipement est assez minimaliste. Une cafetière et un sèche-cheveux seraient les bienvenus. Il n'y a pas de lave-linge ni sèche-linge dans l'appartement en lui-même. Le grille-pain est à changer et le four à nettoyer. L'appartement aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.
