About this apartment rental
Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1200sf condo fully renovated in a small 8 unit building. Convienient location with STRONG WIFI and ONE PARKING SPOT INCLUDED Walking distance to Victoria village, the new super hospital & Vendome metro. 5 min from downtown.
The space
Luxurious and large condo (1200sf) with 2 bedrooms (Queen beds in each room) and 2 baths. Professionally cleaned after every visit. As you enter the condo to your right is the Master bedroom with a door to close off from the other part of the condo. Inside the master bedroom is an adjacent large bathroom that is closed by French doors. This bathroom has a large glass shower, double sink and mirror. The front balcony is located off the master bedroom.Total privacy for you. As you enter the condo and turn left you will have all the controls for the A/C and intercom and a large hall closet. Continuing along is the Living room with 55" flat screen TV . Netflix and wireless internet included with a beautiful sectional sofa. Second bedroom is separated from the Master bedroom by a hallway and the living room for total privacy. 2nd bathroom with a tub and shower is directly across the 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen including Dishware, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, toaster, microwave, cutlery, cooking utensils, bed linens and towels.sets Shampoo and body wash The back balcony is off the kitchen and in the summertime, wicker furniture is provided with a small table to enjoy the sun.

Parking: One spot is available and free behind the building. ( no extra charge) Please note a mid-size car or smaller. Free parking on the street on weekends. On week days, street parking is Free with small restrictions. ( please read the signs).

This is the second time staying here, this time in a different unit in the building. Another great stay in Montreal. Wonderful location. Amazing city. Incredible country! We love Canada!

We stayed here for 7 weeks and had the most amazing time exploring Montreal, QC and beyond.
The apartment is really clean, comfortable and has a super cozy fireplace in the living room. Both bedrooms are a great size and the en-suite/walk in wardrobe was so great that we now feel lost without one!
The host was responsive and the checkin/check out process was very easy.
We will definitely be back again!

Place was very nice. Very clean, comfortable. Short walk to metro station.
My only recommendation would be for a dresser in the smaller bedroom for clothing.
