The building, dating back to the 18th century, has a rich cultural history—Mozart himself played the piano here.
The Suit has undergone a thoughtful renovation to ensure every detail meets high standards of comfort and convenience. Be the first to enjoy the fresh, contemporary design when we reopen on June 10th! The apartment has 3 bedrooms.The room features a comfortable queen-size bed with high-quality linens, a modern bathroom with premium fixtures and a spacious shower, and cozy design details in each corner for you to discover.
The rooms have similar sizes and layouts, and specific room colors cannot be requested.
Situated in the iconic Palais on Josefsplatz, you’ll be in the very heart of Vienna’s historic center. From here, you can easily explore the city’s most famous attractions: Hofburg Palace, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, MuseumsQuartier, and the Opera House.
Please be aware that the apartment does not have a kitchen, and the balcony is currently inaccessible.
*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.
Please note: The terrace is temporarily unavailable for use.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

We did not get the apartment that I had paid for but they reimbursed me for the mix-up. The location is ideal, right in the middle of the old town area. We were 5 adults so the rooms were big enough with ample room for sleeping. When you are exploring Vienna, who stays in their room? It is an historic building, therefore, there is no air conditioning. Unfortunately, we had warmer than normal temperatures so more than the 2 fans provided would have been nice. I would definitely stay here again, but maybe at a cooler time of year!

Fantastic location. Clean but a bit run down. Floor was coming up in places and only door/window had sign not to open. With 90F weather, we had to ventilate apartment and were able to open the door. After being in the apartment for a day, we received notification that we had to move bc our apartment had been given to someone else. We said we would not move bc we received the advertised apartment. After a few messages, the manager finally said ok. This was very strange and upsetting for our family, however the rest of our stay was fine.

Fabulous location. Safe. Easy. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good communications and value for family of 5. Really cool old building. Quiet. A few things would make it all 5 stars: clarity of which room you’re reserving. We were in the green painted apartment with gray tile bath. There is significant paint bubbling in the bath and peeling in one bedroom. Third bedroom doesn’t have windows and is quite warm. No ac but that was fine as it wasn’t hot when we were there. No laundry in unit - it may be available in a common area. Overall I highly recommend for a highly enjoyable launch pad for Vienna adventures.

The property is in an optimal location, couldn't ask for a better location. The patio, a significant draw to the property was closed. The floor had significant water damage such that the floor bubbled up 10cm or so in places. The lights in the bedroom do not turn fully off and have a night light feature that was highly annoying. Overall it was ok.
