You will appreciate this accommodation for its location and its outdoor spaces. Completely renovated in 2020.
Located on the third and last floor with a clear view without vis-à-vis, the apartment is fully soundproofed and air-conditioned. Electric roller shutters.
Large living room opening onto a covered terrace of 10 m² with a view of the sea and the hills of Lavandou. The terrace has three deckchairs with tables and chairs.
Living room with 140 sofa bed, master bedroom with 140 double bed, children's bedroom with two 90 beds. Travel cot and extra baby chair. Walk-in shower, separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, espresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, blinder). Washing machine and electric dryer. Vacuum cleaner, hangers, ironing board and iron. Cleaning products provided.
The residence is quiet and has a large swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 30), a bowling green, a tennis court and green spaces accessible to residents.
Locked bicycle storage and private outdoor parking inside the residence, opposite the entrance to the building.
Every Thursday morning, the large market is set up opposite the residence.
A tourist tax of €2.30 per person per night is payable on site upon arrival at the accommodation. No tax is charged for travelers under 18 old years.
