The large Cavalière beach offers a wide range of water sports in addition to swimming, including sailing for all ages, paddleboarding, pedal boats, sea kayaking, parasailing, water skiing, and more.
The surrounding region is full of stunning landscapes and charming flower-filled villages such as Bormes-les-Mimosas. Don’t miss the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, easily accessible from Le Lavandou. Explore Hyères and the Giens Peninsula, Fort de Brégançon (visits by reservation), Port Grimaud, local vineyards benefiting from the rich Var terroir, and the Route de la Môle with its breathtaking scenery.
In the hinterland, visit Collobrières, famous for its chestnut cream, or the Monastery of Notre-Dame de la Verne. There are also many coastal paths and more challenging hiking trails… in short, something for everyone!
