Beautiful apartment of 70 m² with private terrace of 60 m² sea view not overlooked, nestled in the heart of the pine forest of Cap Nègre between Le Lavandou and Rayol-Canadel (Var).
Residence with heated infinity pool. Fully equipped, U.S. kitchen, Air conditioning, Wifi, top-of-the-range services, 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite (possibility of up to 9 beds max. including 3 children).
Possibility of a 2nd apartment, a 2-room apartment of the same adjoining standing with
1 large bedroom and living room with sofa bed (possibility of 4 more beds) + Bathroom with walk-in shower.
Direct access to Pramousquier beach with its restaurants, and 5 min.de Cavalière beach and its water activities.
Apartments renovated.
Activities within the Estate: multi-sports ground, children's playground, table tennis, bowling alley.
Cycle path at the exit of the Residence (possibility of bike rental)

We rented this property last May for one week as 4-person family with 2 children age 6 & 4. The apartment is modern, well decorated and enough space for us all to live comfortably. One of the highlights that wasn't over-sold in the spec is the enormous terrace with views over the hillside and beach - it pretty much doubled the size of the apartment and we spent all the time we had at the apartment on the terrace. It has good outdoor furniture and an extendable awning to provide sufficient shade.
The apartment is situated within a complex containing heated pool, games area and within walking distance to a great beach so we enjoyed a mixture of all facilities.
A car is needed here as the apartment is 5 mins drive from le Lavandou centre along a busy main road, not suitable for walking. We enjoyed a mixture of eating out at the fantastic Lavandou restaurants and also eating in. The kitchen is well equipped for this purpose.
The owner Stephane is very helpful and communicative.
Overall, we enjoyed a fantastic stay at this apartment and will be returning!
