    *Pro:* A relax, worry free, no intrusion in privacy, nonsmokers environment, good food on basement restaurant, excellent staff, hassle free checkin&out, very convenient to travel in part of Nashik City, Nashik industrial estates (all 4 MIDCs), you can travel by your own car, good parking public space on front roadside (not owned by hotel), DMart on otherside of comon wall compound, get taxi service on one click on mobile app or all day-night public transport, Nashik Road railway station is on just 20 mins, Mumbai Express Highway is just on 1 min. *Cons:* Reception service is absent, bath fittings not in good working conditions. Hotel and restaurant are two different entities so pay attention towards billings, all complimentary offers like toiletries, tea-coffee-beverages-water etc mentioned as included in booking are not served till you remind and request to serve it multiple times now & then to hotel incharge (most of time absent on reception), way to hotel in campus is congested, ventilation is very limited thus the freshness (light & air) is affected.

    I recently stayed at this hotel expecting a hassle-free experience, especially since it is listed under FabHotel, but the reality was quite disappointing. There was no hot water available after 10:30 AM, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. The hotel does not allow guests to visit your room and demands extra person charges, even for short visits. There are no rules or policies displayed on notice boards. Instead, rules are brought up later during arguments, which feels misleading. The manager, Abhish, was extremely rude and unprofessional in his behavior. The management seems to believe their property is very lavish and that the online prices are “cheap,” but in reality, other hotels in the same price range offer far better services and hospitality. No complimentary water bottles are provided. Please confirm this in advance before asking, as it can lead to unnecessary arguments. Overall, I chose this hotel expecting a smooth experience due to the FabHotel branding, but it turned out to be stressful and poorly managed. I would advise fellow travelers to think twice and compare with other options before booking.
