Great Stay with Outstanding Dining, though Room for Improvement in Arrival Accessibility ​I recently completed a 2-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Nashik with my elderly parents and family. We were 5 of us . Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, backed by warm hospitality and superb culinary offerings. ​Here is a breakdown of our experience: ​Check-In & Arrival Experience: The front desk team was polite, and the check-in process was smooth and seamless. However, the initial welcome fell a bit short, particularly regarding accessibility support. As I was traveling with my father who required a wheelchair, it was disappointing that we had to assist ourselves with the welcome drinks and I had to push the wheelchair without proactive assistance from the concierge or bell desk. A property of this caliber should ensure immediate support for senior citizens and guests with mobility needs. ​Housekeeping & Room Service: The housekeeping operations kept our accommodations in top condition throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Sahil from Housekeeping, who was remarkably proactive, attentive, and consistently demonstrated a genuine willingness to assist. His dedication to guest comfort made a significant difference in our stay. ​Dining & Culinary Experience: We opted for the meal plan (Breakfast and Dinner), and the food was undeniably one of the highlights of our stay. The buffet service staff were prompt and efficient, and both the breakfast and dinner spreads featured an impressive variety of delicious, high-quality dishes. Kudos to the entire kitchen team for such consistent culinary execution. ​Infinity Pool & Facilities: While the infinity pool area has great potential, it could benefit from better operational management. The glass panels surrounding the pool needed thorough cleaning to allow guests to fully enjoy the view. Additionally, because an adjacent conference/meeting room opens directly toward the pool deck, corporate attendees regularly stepped out into the area during breaks. This layout compromised privacy and felt somewhat uncomfortable for leisure guests actively using the pool. ​Overall Verdict: Four Points by Sheraton Nashik is undoubtedly a great place to stay. With a few operational fine-tunings around arrival accessibility and pool privacy, the guest experience would be flawless. We look forward to returning.

I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is another major advantage, as it's conveniently situated and easily accessible. The only downside is that the hotel lacks a few facilities, such as a spa and a dedicated smoking area. Adding these amenities would make the overall experience even better. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for its comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast, and excellent location.
