    The hotel had everything one can expect. Great service, great food, great ambience. Although it upset with the Agoda services as I had booked the rooms for 5 adults and 2 kids but the room was booked only for 2 adults. I had to pay additional charges for 3 adults after reaching the hotel. The hotel staff said that this is a regular issue while booking room through Agoda.

    Worst experience. There was no staff available to assist us. During check-out, we had to carry our own luggage from the room. The food was also very poor, and the service was extremely slow. Considering the rates charged, the overall experience was disappointing. There are much better options available

    By looking at the photos, we were under impression that they have good and well maintained swimming pool. But we got disappointed by the condition of the pool and the staff told that it is under maintenance. Service is very slow.
