We had a wonderful stay at this Prescott property. The location is fantastic and is an easy walk to downtown and Whiskey Row, while still being a peaceful place to return after a long day or night. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect trip. We traveled as two couples, and the layout was ideal, with two king beds, and two bathrooms, which gave us plenty of space and privacy. The beds themselves were super comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The outdoor fire pit was a nice place to connect with friends. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay again.

We were a group of four (2 couples) traveling to Prescott for a quick golf trip. This property was perfect for us. It is a charming home beautifully maintained, perfectly “stocked” for guests, and conveniently located for easy access to downtown Prescott. The hosts were timely and thorough with all communications. We absolutely would stay again should the need arise. THIS is how all hosts/owners should handle and manage VRBO rental properties!

Very thoughtful touches - plenty of dishes, several boxes of tissues, options for making a pot of coffee or a single pod. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Super convenient location- within walking distance to historical district restaurants and shopping in 1 direction, and within walking distance to Acker Park in the other direction
