Lake Madison Lake House is a relaxed and functional retreat just a short drive from public water access, offering water views and the perfect setup for easy lake days in every season. Enter through the back door into a convenient drop zone for coats and gear before settling into the comfortable living area with a couch and futon, two dining tables for meals, games, or remote work, and a full laundry room with supplies. The home features two bedrooms—one with a queen and full bed and the other with a full bed—plus a rollaway twin for flexible sleeping, making it a great fit for families, couples, and weekend groups who plan to spend their days outdoors and want a comfortable place to recharge.
Outside, enjoy the laid-back lake atmosphere with an outdoor dining table and chairs, a flat-top grill for cookouts, and a fire pit for evenings under the stars. The long gravel driveway accommodates up to three vehicles, and up to two dogs are welcome for a $40 per pet fee. Located just minutes from Madison’s dining and essentials, this home is ideal for boating and fishing trips, ice fishing weekends, fall getaways, and quick summer stays. Please note that neighboring properties are private and fenced, parking on the grass is not permitted, and the 4th of July holiday can be lively in this lake community. Occasional access to the on-site garage may be needed by the owners with advance notice. Stocked with fresh linens and essential supplies, this is an easy, comfortable home base for making year-round lake memories.
