It states it is a 5 star hotel, but it has fallen short of this ranking. Lovely place to stay, but it does not meet 5 star status. There needs to be greater attention to detail.

The room was perfect for our needs as a family. The facilities were great and the location was perfect for wandering for food and sights. Staff was super friendly. We would stay here again.

Everything was excellent! The parking system is quite tedious having to report to reception to be allowed out of the parking area. Overall, it was a great stay.
