Excellent location, all amenities are nearby, everything was clean.
Well maintained.
There is no bottle water provided. Management should provide bottle water. If we forget about water, we need to go down to nearest grocery to buy, but grocery is available on the same building.

I had a wonderful stay. Despite booking late at night, he responded promptly and arrived without hesitation. He was very polite, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent service. The WiFi was super fast, and a kitchen was also available. The washroom was very clean. Overall, it is a very nice hotel, and I am very satisfied.

The place was relatively clean.
1. The partition is very narrow and tight; I believe the photos online do not accurately show this.
2. The AC performance was uncomfortable.
3. There is no window for natural ventilation; the window is completely sealed/locked.
4. The bedsheets were not clean.
