Appartement très bien équipé, très propre, très confortable. Spacieux et joli. L’appartement est traversant ce qui est agréable pour aérer. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Vue mer. Commerces juste à côté.
Accueil et communication très faciles avec Audrey.
La route à côté est un peu bruyante, mais fenêtres fermées aucun problème.

Ampio appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Magnifica veranda vista mare dove consumare i pasti. Parcheggio privato gratuito.

Les équipements et la propreté du logement. La gentillesse et l’accueil des hôtes.
On peut aller au centre d’Ajaccio à pied ( 30 à 40 mn de marche).
Beaucoup de bruit si l’on ouvre les fenêtres car le logement donne sur une 4 voies.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Wohngegend, ist geräumig und an sich gut ausgestattet (Wenn man allerdings die Ausstattungsmerkmale auf Booking nicht auf Punkt und Beistrich liest, sieht man erst nach der Ankunft, dass keine Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden). Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig rund 20-25 Minuten entfernt. Die Klimaanlage, die man aufgrund des Straßenlärms einschalten muss, ist gut platziert (nicht direkt im Schlafzimmer).
Leider keine Handtücher, es roch ein wenig muffig und die Unterkunft liegt an einer sechsspurigen (!) Straße (die Fotos von der Aussicht aufs Meer wurden sehr geschickt gemacht), die Lärmbelästigung ist rund um die Uhr enorm. Und dass man aufräumen und den Müll selbst entsorgen muss, sollte bei diesem Preis eigentlich auch nicht sein…
