Appartement proche de l’aéroport et de la plage. Situé dans une barre d’immeuble comme il y en a beaucoup à Ajaccio. Le logement est fonctionnel. Bien pour une nuit. Relativement proche du centre-ville. Le propriétaire nous a donné des indications détaillée pour pouvoir entrer dans l’appartement.
L’environnement n’est pas très agréable, la décoration est vieillotte. Le logement mériterait bon coup de peinture et de ménage. Quelques améliorations rapides et simples changeraient déjà beaucoup de choses comme un tuyau de douche, plus long, un rideau de douche. La première chambre aurait besoin d’être refaite.
