Ruhige Lage in einem Wohnhaus im 4. Stock, gute große Wohnanlagen in der Nachbarschaft. Wohn-Küche und Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, 2-tes Schlafzimmer mit Ventilator. Gute Aussicht auf die Bucht über die davor liegenden Häuser. Zugang zu einem kleinen Strand nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auto-Abstellplatz in der Tiefgarage!!!! Apotheke, Bäckerei und SPAR-Markt fußläufig bequem erreichbar.
Hinweis: Verbrauchsmaterialien für Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, sowie Klo-Papier mitnehmen, oder vor Ort besorgen.

Très bel appartement avec une très belle vue. Il est très bien situé dans une résidence très calme, proche du centre ville et à deux pas des plages. L'appartement est très bien décoré et très bien équipé. Un parking facile d'accès est au sous sol et permet de rejoindre directement l'appartement. Tout est compris : linge de maison (serviettes, torchons, draps) et ménage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La remise des clés est très facile et agréable : nous avons pu arriver dès 13heures. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Vista incantevole Posizione eccellente Appartamento bene equipaggiato
Il bagno troppo piccolo senza finestra e senza aspirazione (non funzionava), inoltre non ci è piaciuta la suddivisione del bagno tra ex e zona doccia. Scarico del lavabo lento. Una camera non aveva il clima ma solo ventilatori chiassosi
