Appartement propre, moderne, silencieux avec une superbe vue sur mer

Rien! A part la difficulté à trouver la résidence malgré de très bonnes explications des propriétaires

L’emplacement à 10’ d’Ajaccio tout en étant à l’extérieur de l’effervescence de la ville, la vue, la terrasse, les pièces spacieuses et bien agencées, place de parc privée et en parking sous terrain.

Rien.

Vue sur la mer, la grandeur de l'appartement, appartement bien frais, nous avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser la clim

Difficile de trouver l'adresse, car celle ci n'était pas bien indiquée, nous avons trouvé grâce au nom de la résidence, Manque de documents d'informations concernant la wi-fi et la télévision.

The aparment has a nice location where you have an amazing view on the port, you can view 14 of july fireworks from here. Super big bonus for the underground car park and very close to a notum charging point(useful if you rent a car from hert or sixt). The ac worked smoothly as well.

We have been at the beginning of July and the owner had a flood and due to various reasons the whole premise was not cleaned. There was a lot of dust, the terrace was not cleaned att all as we have to clean the dust and leaves. The interior floor was wobbly because of the flood also the ceiling was problematic due to flood issue. On the bathroom the sink it was blocked because someone blocked with it's hair when they brush it. For every problem I informed the owner so that the discussion about the deposit will not be a long one.The owner never came with any potential solution(cleaning, bathroom fixing) for the whole situation and make us not feel very comfortable in our holiday. What I really hate is that I would have loved to be notified about the issue and adjust my expectation and the price payed for appartment
