Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i do przystanków autobusowych. W bardzo bliskiej odległości restauracje, pizzerie, sklepy. Mieszkanie przestronne z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Gospodarz nie pozostawia bez pomocy i w razie potrzeby bardzo szybki kontakt z jego strony. Polecam.

Tolle Lage- sehr großes sauberes Apartment! Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Es hat alles bestens funktioniert incl. Parkplatz. Unbedingt reservieren.

La pulizia, la posizione, la comodità
Un po’ di problemi all’arrivo: la casa era fredda 14,9 gradi. Non vi è riscaldamento con termosifoni. Solo pompe di calore che è vero che scaldano rapidamente, ma per far salire l temperatura da 14,9 gradi a 20 serve tempo. Ovviamente c’è un dispositivo magnetico che all’uscita stacca la corrente e quindi impedisce, giustamente, di lasciare i condizionatori accesi. Sarebbe stato utile però riscaldare un po’ la casa prima che arrivasse il cliente. Inoltre, proprio per questo problema ho dovuto fare un cambio di nominativi e il proprietario all’inizio non si è posto bene, quasi maleducato.
