Możliwość zameldowania się o północy, doskonały kontakt, bardzo bogate wyposażenie (jest nawet duża apteczka, składany wózek dla dzieci, narzędzia, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia , 2 telewizory, Wi-Fi 100/100 Mb max., wielki oświetlony taras, klimatyzacja oddzielna w 2 pokojach, kaloryfery- rzadkość w Neapolu i duży zestaw kosmetyków). Bardzo spokojna i cicha okolica, dobre zabezpieczenia. Do metra Materdei niecałe 10 minut pieszo, droga prosta i urocza, choć Googlemaps mają swoje ścieżki :).
Nie ma słabych punktów. W okolicy brak lokali i sklepów, choć oczywiście nieliczne są.
