设施齐全、崭新，房间很干净，早餐自助（冰箱里），白天声音吵（飞机声，5:00am开始有地铁声）。自驾入住寻找有难度，绝对需要房东出来迎候！！！因为它有三道门：社区大门入口出示订单OK ，楼栋大门就在进社区口左边第一个铁门但有门禁系统，所以建议在社区外等待房东开门禁再进社区，否则堵在路口就麻烦了（社区里还需要向前沿转盘掉头顺车进铁门）

The hosts, Gaetano e Monica, are exceptional! They gave us a lot of tips and suggestions to enjoy Naples. The installations are very good for 3-4 people. They provided towels in the middle of our time there, no charge. The breakfast was good, sweet as the Italians like! The restaurant Vittoria is a plus++ place to eat, topical, good food and good reception. Naples people are very receptive and sympathetic. We love it!
Two problems: 1) for people with bad knees, it is important to know that the apartment is 600 meters from the nearby Metro station and you have to go up the hill!! 2) the noise of the metro can be disturbing at night. Just take your ear plugs and enjoy. Both of these are minor problems for most of the people and the reception and staying there was wonderful!
