All in all, we had a comfortable stay at this villa. It was incredibly spacious and exactly what we had hoped for. As a family of five, we often struggle to find holiday accommodations that offer enough comfortable space for everyone, but in this aspect, this place was simply beyond perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made a huge difference for us and added a lot of comfort and convenience during our stay. The swimming pool was absolutely amazing! Our kids loved it so much that it was almost impossible to drag them out of the water most days. It definitely became the highlight of their holiday. The location in a residential area was also great - just a short walk to the beach, with a very conveniently located grocery shop nearby and several restaurants along the beachfront. Ample parking close to the property. Overall, we felt it offered great value for money.

Despite the unquestionable advantages, the place left us with somewhat mixed feelings. It felt as though the villa wasn’t entirely finished or fully decorated yet, but at the same time, some areas already seemed a little tired and in need of attention. We noticed a few issues, such as signs of leakage and insufficient lighting in certain places. One feature we personally didn’t enjoy was the “open plan” bathrooms. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference, and some guests may not mind it, but for us, the level of privacy, especially in two of the top-floor bathrooms, felt quite questionable. Another thing we missed was any kind of information about the property or the local area. In many places, there is a small guide or information folder, which we always find very helpful. Without it, I sometimes felt a bit guilty bothering the host with questions that could easily have been answered in a simple information sheet. The furnishing was also a bit modest and occasionally felt incomplete. For example, there were no bedside tables, which is a small detail but can make quite a difference in day-to-day comfort. Providing a broom and dustpan would also be helpful for longer stays. There is an extra payment for heating the swimming pool. Absolutely worth it but came as a surprise. Cash only, so be prepared. It’s also worth checking the opening hours of nearby facilities in advance. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and discovered that the only place open to buy essentials was a petrol station. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, which is nice and peaceful, but it also means that the availability of certain services and shops nearby is limited to specific days and times.

For such price this is an excellent deal! Full private house + the yard just for you.
