Location was perfect - yards from the seafront and town centre but tucked away and quiet
Flat was very well equipped with everything you could want for a holiday including excellent kitchen equipment and facilities - even herbs and spices
Flat was very clean
Beds, bedding and sofas were extremely comfortable
Secured parking on site was great
Access, key safe etc all worked well and instructions were easy to follow

This is a well located apartment in the heart of Sidmouth. There is no sea view but it has lots of other things going for it. Everything has been thought of and it is very well equipped in the kitchen. The sitting room is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds and bedding are spotless and very comfortable indeed.
Could do with a few more mugs for tea and coffee. The ironing board was very odd - couldn't find a full length board.

Great location. Apartment had everything needed for the stay.
Designated parking not always adhered to. One car in particular consistently parked when it wasn’t their space.
