Hosts Wendy and Chris were helpful and friendly, responding quickly to questions. The property is attractive, cosy and well-equipped, with a car parking space right outside the door. Perfect central location for all that Sidmouth has to offer - beaches, huge variety of shops, cafes, museums, historic architecture, etc.
Just a couple of things to be aware of - the bedrooms have windows between them so having a light on in one, also lights up the other - and the sofa/tv are not orientated to allow comfortable tv watching by several people.
