Nothing to dislike

Fabulous location! Right in the heart of New Town and an easy stroll to the old town. Lots of pubs, shopping & restaurants on Rose Street’s historic pedestrian way. Check out the historic Weatherspoon restaurant directly behind the flat!

It can be a little noisy in the morning as the delivery trucks arrive on their rounds

Location and central to everything and amazing. The bed was so comfortable and not a lot of noise which was good. Decor was excellent and loved the dishwasher and washing machine as a having a microwave and oven excellent. Would stay there again.

We wished checkout was 11 we thought 10 to early when check in is at 4. Found a frypan in the cupboard not clean and the vent in bathroom was full of dust the vacum was in cupboard and needed to be empty and tv wouldn't work in bedroom. The laundry powder box was empty. The stairs to the unit but we knew about it. The hallway was squeaky every time you walked on it. But they are things that could be fixed only small things.

Location was great.

Bedroom was quite small. Although the coffee and tea were welcome, the coffee bags were out of date in May 2025!!! Adding some milk and maybe a few biscuits would be good. I didn’t know about possibility of getting in earlier and out later until message with keysafe number arrived which although we got in an hour earlier, it was too late to get a later check out, especially as 10am is early.
