Anna was very helpful in answering our questions prior to coming. She gave us helpful information about what we should see, where nearby grocery stores were, and other insights, we would not have known. We contacted her several times and got quick replies from her.The locations was great--shops and restaurants nearby and in walking distance to all the main venues in Edinburgh and Dean Village.We appreciated the cleanliness and the necessary cooking utensils--since we cooked most of our meals.The apartment was quiet and very safe.Only one suggestion: we could have benefited from instructions for using the washmachine since it was different from the kind we have used before.

Anna was prompt, kind and very accommodating. We really liked the area as it was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. The only downside, if there is one, were people in the alleyway under our windows partying very late at night a few nights. We did ask them to leave the area which only temporarily helped. But other than that, it was a great stay! Highly recommend it!
